Most shops that stay on a system they have outgrown are not staying for the software. They stay because moving years of inventory, customers and devices sounds like a mess nobody has time to clean up. That is the part we rebuilt.
Every row on screen before anything commits
The file does not go straight in. It opens as a list you can read, grouped the way your catalog is grouped, with the quantity and the price on every line. Tap a row and change the price or the cost while you are looking at it. The upload button is the only thing that commits, and it waits for you.
Four questions that keep a CSV on the desktop
- "My file is not in your format." Download a sample first. There is one for customers, inventory, serialized inventory and devices, each matching the structure the importer expects.
- "How does it know what I am importing?" It reads the columns, works out whether you are bringing in customers, inventory or devices, and tells you which one it found before anything moves.
- "What if it lands in the wrong shop?" You pick the shop before you pick the file, from a dropdown of every shop linked to your account.
- "Can I get my data back out?" Yes. Request a CSV export of your customers, inventory or devices and it is emailed to you. The door works in both directions.
Start with one file
Download the sample that matches what you already have, format one file against it, and drop it in. If the list looks right, upload it. If not, fix the rows on screen or start with a cleaner file. Nothing is permanent until you press the button.
