What I like the most is that this software can take a repair from 0 to 100 completely, with perfect follow up, financial control, and customer management. Also with the monthly reports of how many parts I spend, how many repairs I make, and how the inventory moves. I recommend it. I have not found another application or other software that can adapt to my needs and the best of all is that the developer of this software meets all our needs and updates it every time we have a requirement.

The good thing about SpotsPOS is the simple interface and portable accessibility. All employees can attend to customers from their phones when the store gets very crowded and the main stations are already taken. Taking pictures for repair tickets right on the spot has to be my favorite feature.
