This release is all about inventory transparency. Every adjustment, deletion and count now leaves a clear trail across your whole team. Fewer mysteries, more accountability.
Nothing happens off the books
- Log history. Every quantity change records the person, the change and the exact time. Your inventory finally has a paper trail you can follow.
- Deletions need a reason. Removing an item or a repair asks for a reason, saved to the log. No more silent deletions you cannot explain a month later.
- Deleted, never lost. Removed something by mistake? Deleted items can be recovered later.
- Every item's full story. A new status tab on each item shows all of its movement: manual quantity updates, name changes, low stock changes and more.
Counts you can trust
The inventory count was rebuilt from the ground up: simpler to run, faster to finish, and much harder to fudge.
- Fast barcode and QR scanning, so counting is a scan instead of a search.
- Blind counts, so staff count what is on the shelf, not what the system expects.
- Every adjustment from a count lands in the log history.
- A movement history across sales and repairs. Serialized items get the complete trail; non-serialized items show sales history.
- Bulk updates from the import tool record the delta and log the change too.
Everywhere at the same time
Every one of these updates landed on the mobile app and the web portal together. The portal also picked up employee limitations and other tools that used to be mobile only.
