Spots Intelligence, now on your device
Ask your shop a question the way you would ask a manager, "How's today going?" or "What's running low?", and get the number, a chart and the list behind it. On iPhones and iPads with Apple Intelligence, the answers are worked out on the device, from your own data.

Check in a repair by describing it
Say the job in one sentence, out loud or typed, in English or Spanish: "iPhone 15 Pro, cracked screen, needs it by Friday." SpotsPOS fills in the device, the problem and the priority, and takes you to the first thing it still needs. Fewer taps at the counter, fewer mistakes on the ticket.
Buybacks, redesigned
Buying a device from a customer now happens in one form: the device, its grade, your offer and the seller's details, top to bottom. Quote first and pay when they say yes, and see what your buybacks earn once they resell.
Device Management, redesigned
Every used and refurbished device you own, grouped by model and tracked unit by unit, from the day it comes in to the day it sells. Find a unit by IMEI or serial in seconds.

When the internet drops
